Nissan asked Zinc to provide its customers with post purchase assurance that they made a good decision in choosing Nissan, aiming to boost brand affinity, encourage positive word of mouth, and increase the likelihood of repeat purchase. 

Using the opportunity of communicating with a customer in the weeks following the purchase of a new Nissan as a great way of cementing the joy of owning a new car, we developed and manage the ‘Nissan Welcome Pack Program’.

A beautifully designed gift pack containing a personal letter, a range of relevant information and a high value gift is sent out exactly one week after purchase, ensuring Nissan fully maximises the relationship the customer is developing with the brand.
