Zinc developed a trade initiative for Redken that enabled never before captured product sell through information to be gathered from key salons nationwide. This strategy was devised with the objective of providing Redken’s key salons an incentive to push Redken product through the channel.
Targeting individual stylists at each salon, the tiered reward levels encouraged stylists to engage further with the program and strive to achieve the next level of rewards.
