Philips Top Gun

Philips set Zinc the task of increasing sales by improving staff engagement with its products in its non-exclusive retail channels.

Zinc implemented a sales incentive program that generated healthy competition among the best performing "Top Gun" sales staff; encouraging them to push themselves to the next level. We talked their language and the "Top Guns" reported back to Zinc’s Flight Tower (our contact centre) for regular updates and feedback on their flight path! Their phenomenal sales results exceeded business targets and were recognized with highly sought after rewards.
